October Boot Camp Schedule

Boot camp for October will be at Hood park meet at the top of the stairs.  Bring a towel, mat, and water bottle.
$10 walk in fee.  Each workout will be 40-45 minutes.


October 3rd Saturday at 10a.m. 
October 4th Sunday from 11:10-11:50a.m.

October 10/11 TBA

October 17th Saturday 10 a.m.

October 24th Saturday 10 a.m.
October 25th Sunday 11:10-11:50a.m.

Stair boot Camp Sunday 9:30 a.m.

Join me at Hood Park tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM. We will do a stair Boot Camp workout for approximately 45 minutes. $10 drop in charge, bring a towel and water.
