2022! A new year has begun! I have virtual personal training plans available -
workout with me one on one from the comfort of your home! I will design a program specific to your goals with the equipment that you have. These sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long and can be purchased per class or with a discounted package.
I have also designed a monthly coaching program that will include 1- 30 minute virtual meeting one on one with me (goal setting, monthly calendar, workouts for the month, everything you will need to be set for the month), along with at least 2 weekly check ins via text message. This program is designed to hold you accountable to reaching goals that you set for yourself with my help.
